Black-throated Gray Warbler

Description:

Fall migrate Warbler with black and white stripes on flanks to back and faces with yellow lores. The name is from the solid black throat.

Habitat:

Spend most of the time feeding for berries and insects in oak trees.

Notes:

Spotted in the SF Botanical Gardens in the California Native section and by maintenance sheds.
