Zephyr lily

Zephyranthes minuta

Description:

The zephyr lily, or rain lily has 6-7 petals and a yellow stamen. They vary from pink, yellow, white, and red. The zephyranthes minuta has the color pink. The leaves are thin, extending in different directions.

Habitat:

Forests with sparse plants where sunlight can be penetrated and reached for the flower. They are also ideal for urban gardens.
