Psathyrella??

Description:

cluster of these small delicate mushrooms coming out from the underside of a log. The fringed remnant of veil along margins makes me guess that they're some kind of Psathyrella, but I have no idea further than that.

Habitat:

Either coming right out of log or from dirt underneath log.

Notes:

dark brown spores. Common Psathyrella complex????
