Description:

This species has a dispersed distribution and its population numbers are considered to be declining even though it has an Eurasian distribution. It normal has a beautiful pattern of yellow dots and stripes on the shell.

Habitat:

Water course close to the sewage treatment.

Notes:

Unfortunately i could not take a better picture because it was resting, probably in its nest, all the time!
