Solpugid

Description:

Solpugid found eating a DOR (dead on road) western diamond-backed rattlesnake. This is the first time this has been recorded, and I am writing up a natural history note on it to be published so the scientific community can know this has occured.

Habitat:

On the road in a rocky grassland area.

Thanks guys! I love solpugids, just thought this was awesome so took a few phone photos. If I knew this had never been recorded before at the time, would have gotten out my fancy camera!
