Description:

An insectivorous plant from Kass Plateau. Indeed a Tiger of the plant world.

Habitat:

A habitat in the Northern Western Ghats, Kaas Plateau is classified under Volcanic Plateaus mainly formed of two rocks - basalt rock & porous lateritic rock, covered by a thin layer of soil. Once the monsoon arrives, the soil is perfect for plants that are of herbaceous nature.
