The markings of the Great Windmill do not match this spotting, as Victoria pointed out. I cannot say for sure what the species is, but Atrophaneura hector does look like it has the same markings on the wings.

Although I didn't think that the Great Windmill had white markings on the upper forewing, whereas this butterfly does?
definitely looks like a great windmill, great spotting these species are threatened
