Description:

Highly thorned tree with 3-4 cm diameter fruits and 4-6cm thorns. Fruits are green to yellow (depending on ripeness) and have a fuzzy exterior and the fragrance of bitter citrus. Leaves occur in groups of 3. This is an introduced plant from Japan or China.

Habitat:

Overgrown edge of forest near an open field/disturbed habitat.
