Lush tropical montaine forest in the Western Ghats, Kerala, India

I have used that thanks but it is a family name rather than a specific name - at least I think so. I doubt I will get any nearer.

Hi Les, what about https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bothrogoni... ? The one they use as an example looks the same.

I photographed in Kerala recently and was looking for an ID. No specific ID anywhere I can find.
