Rhyparochromidae (family name)

Description:

about 7 mm long, "X" pattern on back, yellow/light brown mottled color, found in leaf debris when weeding

Habitat:

urban schoolyard, leaf debris

Notes:

sent photo to www.bugguide.net for help with ID they suggested the family Rhyparochromidae, I looked through all the pictures for all the tribes but couldn't find anything like this but it does look like the most probable family
