Byssomerulius incarnatus
Bright pink to coral mushroom with white margins and a white, wrinkled, networked undersurface. Previously known as Phlebia incarnata and Merulius incarnata, Byssomerulius incarnatus is a saprobic fungus that is often found growing alongside Stereum ostrea (The False Turkey-Tail).
On a decaying hardwood log (alongside S. ostrea, lichens, and a few other fungi) on a ridge in a dense mixed hardwood forest.
