Gegenes nostrodamus
Gegenes nostrodamus, is a butterfly of the Hesperiidae family. A brown coloured skipper with white marks, which prefers to bask in hot dry areas in the full glare of the sun. Like other skippers it has a fast whirring flight, which often ends up with a return to its original resting place. It was spotted in Tzoumerka mountains, Epirus region, Greece.
