Description:

These photos were taken in Wadi Tarbat area of Al Ain, UAE. Perennial; stems woody; leaves end with spikes sessile; flowers are a short tubeand a single, curved, three-lobed, bluish coloured.

Habitat:

Foot-hills and rocky wadis.

Notes:

Common in UAE, Dhaid-Jebal Al Faya, Hatta, Masafi, Al Ain, & Hafit mt. Flowering parts and seeds were used on wound and cuts.
