Spotted today, fell down on the floor from coconut tree. Is this a crow chick?

That is a huge beak for such a young bird. Possibly a stork or pelican?? I recommend getting it to a local rehabilitation center/wildlife clinic as soon as possible, or if you can, put it back in the nest...birds don't have a good sense of smell and the parents would probably continue to feed it. It should get the proper nutrition.
i searched online for a crow chick and it did not look anything close to what you found.
