Decollate Snail

Rumina decollata

Description:

Small (less than 1cm) bizarelly shaped snail. Trumpet twisted shell which had a sort of paper soft appearance, dark in colour. Snail body quite blue, short solid antennenae.

Habitat:

seen at night in the leaf litter around rural buildings on the edge of rain forest

Notes:

I did see a much larger snail a little like this but was not able to get a photo.
