It looked like a conglomeration of tiny white dots the size of a pinhead...when I looked closely it began to crawl just like a caterpillar.
On the seed pod of Tecoma capensis...Cape Honeysuckle...a potted plant on my rooftop terrace.
Absolutely no idea what this is.
