Wilson's because of the thick, solid black bill. Killdeer has two bands on its neck. Little ringed plover has smaller bill, and an eyering.

A Little Ringed Plover would be extremely rare in North America. They breed in Europe and Asia, then winter in Africa.

This is not a killdeer..they have two black rings around the neck. I think this is a plover of some kind, but I'm not great with shore birds!
