There were so many small birds flying very quickly around in the trees that I am unsure if the first photo is of the same bird as the others

Hmmm, I vote female pine warbler, but I'm not sure of that!
I also added a few more in case they help at all.
Thanks Ashley. I separated them into two spottings.
3rd photo is a ruby-crowned kinglet. 1st and 2nd photos are......something else that I can't tell haha
