Calligrapha polyspila is a species within the kingdom Animalia, family Chrysomelidae.
Larvas and adults of Calligrapha polyspila, feed on leaves of various plants, such as Araucaria angustifolia, Rosa sp. (Rosaceae) and Sida rhombifolia, a weed that invades bean plantations.
