Description:

These two very small birds were on our muddy road. Image one is the smaller of the two with heavy stripes. It looked like a fledgling. The second image is both of the birds together showing an adult with a yellow streaked body and reddish cap.

Habitat:

forest, swamps, bogs, brushy areas.
