I don't know why this oak has red and green leaves. Maybe the red ones are the new leaves and then they will turn green.

Habitat:

Mountain range at 2,500 masl.

about the only one I found that had the deepest and shiny red leaves in the shape of yours. And found in most of Mexico

There are so many species. I found a website and the closest I found was this.
