Hah, yes badger is very good for make big holes, especialy in English lawn :-D
I used to see badgers in my garden in England. I loved to watch them at night though they used to dig big holes in my lawn!

This wonderfull animal is living in forests around small village of Slovakia. Badger is typical night creature, but I´ve been so lucky I can taked a photo by daylight.
