Nice find! This may be a species of Bark Mantis. I am not very familiar with Indian species of mantid, but there may be others here who can help more.

It would be wonderful if you would add some additional information in the Description and Habitat sections (your own observations and the habitat in which you found this lovely mantis) to make your spotting more complete.
