Thorn Bug

Guayaquila gracilicornis

Description:

Thron Bug.

Notes:

The female can display an alarm behavior when she or the nymphs are in danger, as in the presence of a predator. In response, the female displays aggressive behavior: repeatedly fanning the wings, leaning forward and moving laterally quickly. They have some sort of symbiosis where some species of ants and wasp can take care of the females
