Description:

This species belongs to the family of crab spiders. Small black spider with red on the sides of the abdomen. This one has quite a stack of dead preys and was eating one of them.

Habitat:

Most countries in Europe. They can mostly be encountered from May through August on flowering plants (especially yellow or red Apiaceae species), waiting for their prey.
