Mecorhis ungarica
Curculionoidea, Rhynchitidae (formerly Attelabidae, Rynchitinae??), should be Mecorhis ungarica sometimes also called Rhynchites ungaricus (?). Not really sure, which name is the actual name, but I think it is Mecorhis ungarica, according to this paper from 2014:
