Description:

This is the biggest duck in Europe as well as the biggest from the four eider species! The male is easily distinguishable for the largeness, black and white color plus the green nape. The female is recognizable by shape and size.

Habitat:

Costal area on Kullabergs nature reserve

Notes:

First and only time that i saw this beautiful sea-duck This duck is considered to be near threatened because its feathers were commonly used to stuff pillows!!
