Hieracium pannosum
Perennial herbs. All plant, covered by long (5–12 mm), rough, white hairs. Stems 15–35 cm, almost leafless in upper part. Leaves congested at stem base or slightly higher, forming false rosette; sessile, broadly lanceolate, smooth edged or denticulated. Native to the mountains of Balkan Peninsula and Turkey.
