Lawrence's Goldfinch

Description:

Goldfinch with a small range. These Goldfinch winter in the southwest and migrate up as far as central california. Slightly smaller than a Lesser or American Goldfinch. Overall gray with black face, yellow chest and yellow wingbars.

Habitat:

This one was spotted in a HOV park along a long canyon.
