Oh and I don't know the parameters of the mission you've submitted this to, but though millipedes, like insects are Arthropods, millipedes are not insects (lots more than 6 legs). They are Myriapods.

Another very nice spotting! The school where I teach is overrun with the following introduced species

The rusty millipede, another exotic, is also everywhere down here.
So great spotting a native.
