Smells strongly of garlic. Growing all over the place here and also by Disley train station. I couldn't find any sort of 'bulb' under the ground

Then next time you should try it after rain, is not so bitter cause the water washes away some tannins :)

thanks injica! Maybe I will try it. I tried 'Jack-by-the-hedge' (Alliaria petiolata) that also smells garlicy but it was quite bitter!

Is perfect for salads :) I'm using is quite often, just a bit totally changes a taste and is not so strong like real garlic! Try it!
