Piranga olivacea
A solid red tanager with black wings for the male, and a yellow tanager with darker - black wings for the female. The only comparable species common during migration for the gulf coast is the Summer Tanager which lacks the dark to black wings.

Thanks guys, I usually dont stop to appreciate some birds anymore, but I'm glad I'm starting to watch things like these scarlet tanagers again. During the migration season here on the coast, you will have 5 of these in one tree giving excellent looks, so you begin to move past them quicker. During my time on the ranch there were only 2 Scarlet Tanagers (Plus a single Summer and Western), so I stopped to appreciate them as I could.
Stunning!
Beautiful bird! Great shot!
