Pseudomantis albofimbriata
About 50mm long. Eyes red (at night time?) Wing covers in an attractive green. Distinctive patches on the inside of the forearms. Dominating the front of a car at night watching for any arthropods to dare enter his domain. He had already dismembered a tiny fly and left the wings only,
Next to a large national park.
These are usually either green (dominant colour) or brown but sometimes occur in other colours including aqua and this rare multi-coloured form.

Thanks Stephen and Luis. Although a common mantid I've only seen these colours twice now.
Very attractive little mantis. Nice find!
