Grey Tree Frog

Hyla versicolor

Description:

9:30 p.m. Sunday night. I looked at the front door, and I spotted a large amphibian, resting on the outside, of one of the panes of glass, that was on the left side, of the front door. I quickly went outside with my camera, and I took some photos of this large amphibian. The electrician, installed a new, front door, outdoor, nightlight bulb, about a month ago. ( on the wall, over the top of the front door ), and now, when the front door, outdoor, nightlight bulb is on, I am now starting to see : amphibians, reptiles, insects, bugs, moths, etc., on the outside of the front door, at night. The predators, are now trying to catch there prey, ( insects and bugs, etc. ), during the night, and, everytime, the front door, outdoor, nightlight bulb is on. At 4:00 a.m. Monday morning, I went downstairs, and I shined my flashlight on the left front window, and this large amphibian, was gone..

Habitat:

I found this large amphibian, resting on the outside of a pane of glass, on the left front window, at night.

Notes:

At 9:30 p.m. Sunday night, I spotted a large amphibian, resting on the outside of a pane of glass, on the left front window. Since the front door, outside, nightlight bulb was on, this amphibian ( predator ), was trying to catch some prey ( insects and bugs, etc. ), during the night.

Are you in Florida? Your map says NJ. This looks like a Cuban Tree Frog to me.
