Spotting

Description:

This is a relatively small black spotted crab. It was found in between rock crevices in the tide pools. They tend to move quickly when they see motion or shadows! They have a hard exoskeleton, and a pair of distinct claws!

Habitat:

Crabs are found near tide pools, shorelines, and the ocean. Sometimes even on land or the sand. They come in a variety of colors and sizes, and feed on plant and animal matter (whatever they can find)!

Notes:

I went to ocean beach with some friends!
