Grass-Carrying Wasp cocoons in the fold of an outdoor umbrella. When we opened the umbrella for the first time that year, these were nestled between the folded panels, and came away in two partial rows on either side.

Habitat:

Umbrella folds, rural deciduous area, Clermont County
