You are lucky to have so many Orchids in your country.
In England we dont have too many.(hope you have a fieldguide)

That depends of altitude, in lower area they blooms in April, on mountains they can be seen in June...
And is it April the best time to see them?
Of course! This is one of my favorite :) we have 172 orchid species in Croatia, hope I will find half species, at least :)
