ColtMooney, the buds had not yet broken on this vine, thus no leaf or fruit photos. Judging by the large scaly buds, opposite tendrils with clinging pads, and fuzzy vine with lenticels, I think your suggestion of virginia creeper is correct. Thank you.

Try to get picture of leaves fruit and stems for the best chance for identification. It looks like a climbing vine. Could be virginia creeper or poison ivy. Only leaves will tell
