Thank you bayucca for the ID I agree with you its identical with ZebulonHoover's spotting. I also updated the photos. There's a lot of it right now here in our place infesting some trees.

Coccinellidae, Heteroneda sp., it is either Heteroneda billardieri or Heteroneda reticulata. I am not sure how trustable other IDs on the net are (probably not very trustable), so I would go with the species, unless an expert can confirm either Billiardi or Reticulata. Maybe the range might help?
