Calidea sp.
Small (4-5 mm) nymphs.
Wet Meadowland with some shrubs. (after recent rains) (Close to Sphiso camp site, Mlawula Nature reserve)
The host plant looks like it's probably Ziziphus mucronata

Host plan, a young tree of some kind. I am really not good at the trees and plants here.... No adults sitting in that tree at all at the time for the spotting. Two days after I found nymph in that tree (twice the size) that looked like Scutelleridae (similar to rainbow shield bug)...
My guess would be Pentatomoidea, so probably Pentatomidae or Scutelleridae, quite freshly hatched nymphs. Did you find some adults around? Any IDea about the host plant?
