Description:

length is about 5cm, bendable body. The females remain in their larvae form throughout their lives. Only the males morph to adult stage.

Habitat:

Rotten log. Forest of mt. Puting bato, the highest point of the island.

Nice spotting! Looks like an Elateroidea larva, either a firefly or net-winged beetle.
