Pleurocybella porrigens (Angel's Wings)

Description:

dozens to hundreds of small white semi-circular mushrooms with white ruffled caps and white gills.

Habitat:

growing in a pile of wood chips in Prospect Park Brooklyn

Notes:

Spore deposit: white. Initially I thought these might be the "White Oysterette" (Cheimonophyllum candidissiumus), but the more irregular shape made me lean more towards Angel's Wings.
