I was thinking this might be Polyporus sulfurous. Chicken of the wood. Not sure..don't eat it.

Maybe Sulfur Shelf (Laetiporus sulphureus), but they grow on wood. Can not tell if that is wood it is on. The ones I have seen are attached at the side, so I am not totally sure.
