Description:

Syrphid Flower Fly which mimics the Honey Bee. There were many bees and many flies feeding on Goldenrod. The fly is about 1/4 larger in size than the Honey Bee.

Habitat:

Vacant lot, semi-urban area, San Cristobal de Las Casas, 2,200 meters.
