Disporum hookeri
Perennial from slender rhizomes, stems with few branches, flowers are greenish white usually growing in pairs from the tip of the branches. Fruit is egg-shaped, orange-red berry with 4 - 6 seeds.
Found growing by the road at Murray Lake near the Coquihalla Hwy. Note that it was in bloom in July, 2012 at Lightning Lake in Manning Park, BC. Likes wet coniferous or mixed forests.
