The Eastern Scarlet, Commom Scarlet or Scarlet Butterfly is a butterfly of the Lycaenidae family. Adults are on wing year round. Wingspan: males 24-32 mm females 25-34 mm
Found in southern and eastern Africa. It is not present on the Eastern Cape.
