Califorina Fan Palm

Description:

The Fan Palm has a large, gray unbranched trunk with horizontal lines and vertical fissures. The trunk is 2 to 3 feet in diameter and grows 20 to 60 feet high. The Fan Palm has a lot of evergreen leaves, the branch, which is really just the stock of the leaf can be 3 to 5 feet long. It has a short trunk and can grow very tall if you let it.

Notes:

One day it just popped up in my back yard. It was not planted, it just came up.
