Description:

Non native to California. Small from the Salmon family this beautiful trout was found in a small lake. Olive-gray body with yellow spots. It also has red dots with blue halos. Dorsal fin is mottled dark. Pectoral, Pelvis and Anal fins are red with leading edge white. Belly is also red and face is dark. Feeds on aquatic insects and insects that fall into the water.

Habitat:

This was found in a small mountain lake.
