Description:

Bright yellow cup fungus, 1 - 1.5 inch across, 1 inch high, no gills, growing singly and in clumps

Habitat:

Found in landscaped garden area near the park, in wood chip and pine needles, under pine trees, not spruce, but unknown variety of pine. 1 - 1.5 inch across, 1 inch high. no gills. no visible pores. Did not take spore print.

Notes:

possibly Caloscypha sp.
