Unknown Spotting ( One Large Snail )

Description:

It started to rain today at 12:00 noon, and it finally cleared up at 5:00 p.m. At times, it rained very heavily, and at times, it rained lightly. This went on, for five hours. This rain got so hard, that the rain came up to the front door, and up to left and right front windows. It also got very windy too. During this time, I spotted 15 snails, trying to get out of this rain. When it rains, the snails come out. A lot of these 15 snails, took shelter on the front door, and on the left and right front windows. As these rains slowly eased up, I saw some snails, moving down the front door, moving down the left and right front windows, and moving along the sidewalk. At around 4:30 p.m., I spotted one large snail, moving to the left, across the right front window, and then downwards. I grabbed my camera, and I went outside, so I could photograph, this one, large snail. I was able to take a lot of photos, as this one, large snail, moved very slowly. The color of this snails shell, is different shades of brown. This snail, had 7 whorls to its shell.

Habitat:

I spotted some of these 15 snails, on the outside of the front door, and on the outside of the left and right front windows, while it was raining on and off yesterday, for five hours.

Notes:

Yesterday, at noon time, it started to rain. We had heavy rains, and we had light rains. This lasted for five hours. It was also, very windy. During these five hours, I spotted 15 snails, trying to get out of this rain. Some of these 15 snails, took shelter on the outside of the front door, and on the outside of the left and right, front windows. After these rains stopped for good, these 15 snails, went back into the grasses, and back into the bushes.
